21. United Nations Charter Preamble starts and reads as follows: "WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED etc..." (It reads like a Constitution. If you have not read the United Nations Charter full text you really should.)

22. United Nation's "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" aka their scaled-down version of the United States Bill of Rights.
(A must-read between-the-line kind of document, same as the above)

23. Agenda for Arms control and disarmament. Not only weapons of war but small armament as well.
