DIFFERENCE IN LONGITUDE or D'long between two places is the shortest arc of the equator or the smaller angle at the poles contained between the meridian through the two places. in the calculation of Longitude and time, D'long is named East or West according to direction from the first place to second place.
Similar to the previous video where the difference in latitude or d'lat was explained, this video tries to simplify the basics of d'long and different calculation associated with it.
Longitude is a measurement of location east or west of the prime meridian at Greenwich, the specially designated imaginary north-south line that passes through both geographic poles and Greenwich, London.
