Please check two issues.


1. Check sim card is properly inserted. Chip should go down side, cutting edge comes near to usb port.

2. Make sure battery is fully charged.

Dear Sir I am using sms tracking. My tracker used to work fine but now it replies back to every sms except smslink123456. Of course its useless without this info. Is there any fix please?. I have tried reset many a time bit no joy.
