As far as Starfield is concerned I'm really not surprised at all at the delay. It's clear the devs have high hopes for this game. If we end up with a grown up No Man's sky with graphics along the lines of say Chorus I'll be well happy.

I'm fine with the delay, yeah I'm a bit annoyed we won't be getting it this year. But if they need more time to make it the best they can then I'm fine. I still think we will get some gameplay in June...

Considering Xbox have a ton of games dropping September-December this is probably a good thing, stick it in the quiet months and boom …. Scorn ( sept) bright memory (Oct) stalker2 (dec) ark2 at some point in that window and with the big Xmas games cod, saints row …. Think this will be a good move

HeyJade, telling people early about delays is just about the best thing Bethesda has done in recent times. As I have said many times before, delays are fine, so long as they are communicated. Hadn't even heard of Redfall, so thanks for the heads up on that. Looking forward to both games.

Dubious Starfield would have made their release date. Just didn't seem possible since we haven't seen a peep of gameplay. All we know is some anecdotal information from the devs. Our only saving grace is hopefully Bethesda are trying to avoid another criminally unfinished title like 76. Time will tell.
