Spicy Sausage Carbonara-Style Pasta

Okay so if you're a carbonara purist, best check out my tradition recipe, everyone else you're in for a treat! This cheeky but delicious twist on a classic carbonara using mini meatballs will satisfy any fussy hungry eater. It's made from spicy Italian sausages and creamy egg yolks tossed through thick bucatini pasta. It’s rich, comforting, and comes together fast, no cream needed. On the video I halved the ingredients for 2. Juicy sausage meatballs, rich yolky Parmesan sauce, and perfect bucatini — no cream needed. Pure comfort, Italian-style.
