Honestly, stuns being useless in such a large part of the game is sad. At this point, actually changing the utility would be much more positive for the game rather than letting it stay banned in every iteration of advanced gameplay.

I think with this change they NEED to do one of 2 things.

Possibility 1: Make no PvE enemies stun immune. If you're going to make stuns banned in PvP, make them usefull in PvE.

or

Possibility 2: They need to remove the stun effect from every spell in the game, and for spells that JUST stun, they need to replace them with new ones. This could fix ice's iceblade problem. Currently the spell Ice gets for completing unicorn way is a stun. What if it was Ice Blade?

I don't see any upside to this. Stuns have been a very integral part of pvp for since the beginning of this game. Their something you can only do once, and it's not something you can just throw out randomly, it has to be planned and set up. As a result, it's gonna be way easier now to just throw out constant debuffs and not be scared of anything. Fuck KI man. Completely getting rid of spells is never the answer

My only thing about this is that I feel like this is another time when a type of spell is basically only used in PVP only for it to now be banned in PVP without any buffs to PVE (since most bosses past Arc 1 don't get stunned so when are you gonna use it).

As an Ice wizard, i am once again saddened at the news of us getting nerfed once again. Farewell winter moon, adding him to the list of spells that will never see use.

They need to rework a few concepts instead of just outright banning them. Stuns are pretty much a useless utility overall now, drains are op in pvp but definitely should not be nerfed in pve. Life healing is borderline useless in pve towards mid-late game; & then we have ICE… Their whole tanking identity is also useless in every part of the game outside of pvp. Make all classes a VIABLE option in all game modes.

So stuns basically only exist for the Ai to use on players when questing and have no use at all for players…cool

I dont pvp but stuns were such good moves to watch, so this is a sad change imo - plus it's not like stuns are hard to prevent, , , just stun shield

*Drains:* Broken since inception, has 33% extra value when compared to Death's normal DPP, holding the game hostage on already the most OP school in PvP.

This literally makes stuns USELESS in the game; they do NOTHING in PVE and now the do NOTHING in pvp. what's the purpose of them now?
