A large amount of anti-Malaria drugs were tested on Coalition soldiers during Desert Storm while others were given uniforms infused with experimental mosquito repellents. They were forced to sign waivers which stated they could not sue the government in the event the drugs had unforeseen side-effects. It's possibly the largest instance of illegal human testing to date, but it's hard to really measure that.

Honeybees being overpopulated is, uh, not a good thing. They're active competition for other bees, they encourage the pollination of invasive species, I think I read too that they're just less effective pollinators (especially the Eurasian honeybee in America with American plants) but I can't find a source right now. There's a decent number of sources on the harm honeybees can do to ecosystem balance. So, uh, that's not a good one, sounds like it is but it's really not that great

Can someone check the first stat, because that does not seem right whatsoever. Poverty in Africa was at an all time high just recently, perhaps more people have access to clean water, but is that true per capita?

Nah I feel that that honey bees one is just false when I was a kid they were everywhere we used to catch them and put them in bottles you could get 100 in a hour shake them up and then let them go and run 😂that’s how we all got so fast . But the point nowadays I’ll see maybe 5 if I’m out in the yard for an hour
