EPIC Space Battles | Battle of the Black Hole | Stargate Season 10 Episode 3

SG-1 visits Atlantis with two goals: to find new clues about the location of Merlin's superweapon, the Sangraal and to disable the Supergate by connecting it to a black hole in the hope that they can stop the Ori from sending more ships through. As Dr. Rodney McKay (David Hewlett), Chief Science Officer of the Expedition assists Sam and Mitchell in their elaborate plan to "jump" a wormhole by sending a bomb directly into the Supergate using the Odyssey. Daniel, Vala and Dr. Elizabeth Weir, the head of the Expedition search the city's databases for information, eventually confronting the Ancient known as Morgan Le Fey. Morgan shows them the address of the two other planets they need to search but when she tries to tell them something important, she is pulled away by the other Ancients. At the same time, the Odyssey succeeds in its mission, destroying both a Wraith Hive Ship and an Ori warship at the same time, resulting in the SGC achieving their greatest victory to date in the war against the Ori.

Thus the Odyssey set a record for destroying two ships three million light-years apart.

Me encanta Stargate, me la vi cuando la pasaban por la tv y después por internet completamente pero... Battlestar Galáctica es mucho más imponente y resistente al menos como arquetipo de nave de combate. Eso sí, quizás esta nave tiene más tecnología por el hecho de tener la velocidad más allá de la luz, además puede ser de un tipo diferente, por ejemplo galáctica era una combinación de acorazado con portaviones, en cambio la de Stargate parece ser más un destructor, pero igual la galáctica me gusta más.

Wolftime Gaming Thank you. you did forgot the part where the Wraith Hive Ship drops out of Hyperspace (and starts attacking the USAF Odyssey), and also the part where the Ori Warship turns towards Teal'c's position. Which space battles are you doing next?

An interesting plot hole I noticed. The super gate is “active” without being connected to another super gate. In Ark of Truth, dialing the super gate showed it complete inactive before they attempted dialing.
