Fyi you can awaken eyes boss and it will kill stone vanguard for you

For speed to make this faster use pilgrim set, centipede Guai spirit, wind chime (deluxe edition curio if you have) blue ridge romance as your drink, double combed rooster blood as your soak and use cloud step for your spell. Double combed rooster blood is a chapter 4 soak from dusk veil so NG+ or come back to do the Buddha eyeball later same for centipede Guai the rest I’m pretty sure you can get at this point in the game. Anyways I kind of skipped this and came back to it anyone else who did this or In NG+ can use all these items.

If you give him the eyes early he will fight the other boss. I thought he was a ally until he body slam me lmao 🤣 😂 😅

I had epic outcomes instead, I got all the eyes first without fighting the stone vanguard active in the eyes for the secret boss then just sat back and watched the magic happens🎉😂
