Awhile ago I had an incident with them where, after interacting with them for an Ebay merchmant, I found they still had all my information from what was supposed to be a long-deleted PayPal account. The account "didn't exist, " but making a "new" account with the same address got all my old shit.

Going through it with support they said they kept the data they did for anti-fraud purposes. Fuck em.
