One Really Needs To Remember That Most Of The Male Dance Contest Winners And Competitors Back Then, Got Their Expressive Style From Elements Of THE LOCKERS! All Of the Physicality Of The Jumps, Half Splits, Knee Drops, And Dives Were Popularized From Them, And They Had Their Own Individual Styles As Well. Rerun Had His Own Style, But He Still Locked!! They Gave Way To The Creation Of Break Dancing (Gymnastic Floor Exercises), Pop Lockin', Glidin', Slidin', Creepin', Etc. You Still See Locking In Entertainment Choreography Today! Just Statin', Not Hatin'!

They all were great dancers they all bought something to the show in there very own special way and there persona was all that. Barbara Fogg greatest days ever back then l grew up watching Soul Train back in the 70 couldn't wait until Saturday came to be in front of the TV to see what everyone was wearing and those smoove dance moves coming down the soul train line rest on Mr.Don Cornelius for putting together a great show. 🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎤🎤🎤

When it comes to Jeffrey Daniels now everyone knows where Michael Jackson got his moves from and who taught him

Condolences, to all the good Brothers that have transitioned on. You were a part of our story! Jeffrey Daniels, damn amazing. I'm pretty sure he worked with MJ. I always thought Charles Washington and Derek Fox just had a blast dancing. You missed a couple though. That one guy who used to be matching with Cheryl Song sometimes. He would dance real hard and precise. He had very flamboyant outfits, and I think was an Omega.

Jefery Daniels should have been up higher on list. He's more than just an honorable mention!

A few questions. How did Shabba Doo rank last? How did Ski make the list? And how did Jefrrey Daniels rank before either of the Campbell brothers?

I agree with 8 out of 10. Add Myron Montgomery at #2

Why was fred berry listed here? Although a great dancer he was never a regular soul train dancer and the clips shown here were from what's happening 🤔
