They basically are starting from scratch. They just made the smart decision to put it in the same "universe" as the original, and have a few loose ties to that story, so people are familiar with the concept. What this basically means is that Twister is now an anthology series where the constant is people chasing Tornadoes in Oklahoma during a storm outbreak, which happens there in real life almost every year lol.

Would love to see this. Bill Paxton & Helen Hunt told their story, lived out there Romantic scenes motion picture.

It’s time for another generation, to explain there script, Romantic, scenes and Action Scenes. Ram 4X4🐏 definitely getting spotlighted advertisement. 😅 don’t sweated it a movie for this generation to get involved into franchise.

"Twister" es una de mis películas favoritas de mi infancia. Es un claro ejemplo de que la evolucion de los efectos digitales junto con la convinación de los efectos prácticos, añadiendo un buen guión, se tendrian que haber quedado ahí. Espero que hagan una secuela/remake a la altura de la original, o almenos decente como hicieron con Jurassic World.

Like a vague attempt to relive the glory days of cinema....the CGI looks worse than the original from 30 years ago. and why is it a sudo-sequel if NO ONE from the original is in it? just start from scratch
