Single Channel Remote Control for Load ...

Single Channel Remote Control for Load Management. Button Operation Mode We can't imagine our life today without various automatic devices. Say, who would mind having the night lights at their house turn on automatically. And why not put the lights on in your garage using a remote control? It of course helps that the selection of devices in the market is quite extensive. To build our single-channel remote control for load management we will use the remote control case MP910 and the remote control receiver MP911. The case is designed to serve both, as a primary and auxiliary holder in building a remote control system. The device operates at 433 Mhz and is fed off of a 23А 12V battery at 12 V. The consumption current is only 4 mA. The size of the device is 50х30х15 mm. The case comes with a sliding cover to prevent accidental pressing of the buttons. An important feature of the device is that it supports alteration of the signal encoding in order to prevent incorrect activation when several remote control systems are built at the same time. The MP911 receiver is a device designed for 433 Mhz single-channel remote control applications in combination with the МP910 case. The apparatus contains a switch that is used to manage various loads. The device operates in a button mode. The receiver is fed off of suitable AC or DC 12 V power supply sources. Note that the total current consumption is 70 mA. The connected load power should not exceed 1,200 W. An important feature of the device is that it supports alteration of the signal encoding in order to prevent incorrect functioning when several remote control systems are built at the same time. Let's power our receiver and connect the load. Now, if we press and hold any button on the case, the switch contacts on the receiver will close. Our load will be connected. If we let go of the button -- the load will be disconnected. This operation mode is called the button mode for its similarity with pressing the ring bell button -- the sound is there only when we are holding the button. This remote control system is best suited for applications requiring completeness of a certain action. For example, when we need to slightly rotate the venetian blinds or open the garage gate to a certain position.
