I never met so much that does the same workflow like me but there you are. the fact that you are consistently using edge loops and extrusions than using booleans is like making a good topology of a building manually.

How many hours did this take? I recently got blender and this is all I want to do. Build residential/commercial structures. I saw someone use a blueprint/cad to trace and that was cool too.

I never understood this, whenever I loop it and click ctr-r and extend it I simply get weird shapes instead of a simple rectangle
