PROBLEM:

Network Error, You do not have permission to access. Contact your network administrator to request access.

SOLUTION:

Properties / Sharing / Share / Add the "Everyone" category . . . Permission level / Read/Write

Did it exactly and it asked for credentials. Typed in my profile name and password for my PC and I got as far as the file in the window of the PC I want them transfered to, but then it still says I don't have the right permissions. I have disabled passwords on all boxes I can on both PCs in advanced sharing settings. Any ideas?

in this video you show yourself accessing the shared drive on the same computer as the original drive, how do you access that shared drive on another device connected to the same wifi? (such as my android phone) - galaxy s21 ultra. thanks!
