How to Share Google Drive Files or Folders with a Link

You can share any Google Drive file or folder with anyone using a link or you can send a direct email out of Google Drive.

When inviting someone to a document or a folder inside of your Google Drive, it's important to give them the correct access.
People you invite can edit, can comment or can view any document inside Google Drive depending on the type of access you give them

You can also create a link inside of Google Drive and send someone a dedicated URL to that Google Drive document or folder.

Excellent. As I am new to Google Drive, I assume the person receiving the link will ONLY be able to view the drive you have shared and none of the other folders on our Drive - which could obviously contain confidential information. Correct?

The point is: does the person get access to just one file? I've used this with my team and hey got access to the full Drive AKA accounting documents and so on.

This tutorial is about sharing a file or folder with others. But how about allowing the guests to upload their files/videos to the folder to share to others to view and download as well?
