When I applied for PMP certification in 2011 I was not a project manager and I didnt had a full Project Management life cycle experience, however I had experience managing and leading / supporting projects and assisting project manager to successfully complete the project that I was a team member of. HI Nik, my niece received her PMP Certificate from Villanova, passed the PMP exam and was able to secure a position as a project manager without a college degree. She had no prior experience as a project manager.

Hi Nik, I’ve been interested in PM for quite sometime, but my only experience in management is being a supervisor in UPS and Amazon. I believe the role I play as a supervisor is very similar to PM agile since I am working with many different roles in the logistics operation, but should I look for a job such as a tech lead to apply go my certification?
