Your way of explanation is absolutely banger. Keep it up.

Johan had people who showed their kindness and affection but he denied to recognize it.

I love how people has come to analyze psychology of humanity such as this. I absolutely love learning more about how people think and their overall view of the world and why.

The difference between a monster and a hero. Both didn't get any love. The Monster was filled with hatred because of that. He said, "I will give everyone the same suffering that I went through."
The Hero, also didn't get any love. But he said, " I will make sure no else would go through the suffering that I have been through."

I wish i wouldn't feel so attracted to this idea.

I am a 21 year old guy who since my first memories from childhood, all the way through adolescence up until now, can't recall one moment where i haven't felt complete internal void. For some reason (that i, alone, can't comprehend), i've never been able to understand how people can live automatically the way they do. I've been observing and questioning since my childhood how people are able to perform things like social interaction, to feel happy with themselves without a particular reason and be charismatic automatically, to take joy out of normal things like making friends and creating a bond with someone they've never met before, to have plans and ambitions and goals. To think like that as a child and not having anyone to make me talk about those questions i had, i have a feeling it took me right where i am right now. No friends, no feeling of love, the complete lack of happiness and boredom on a daily basis, not to mention the lack of capacity to express emotions in the most normal situations.

I do try to do normal things that i imagine can put me in a position where i can provide for myself in the future, to pay rent and be able to survive. Like right now i'm in college studying Computer Science, but everyday i think about the meaning of all this, and i can't seem to find an answer that makes me comfortable.
I am 100% rational about everything, every detail needs to be precise and have a meaning, if it's not then i can't be comfortable and deal with it, whatever it is. And for some reason i can't see how normal things that people do, that life tells you to do, makes sense.
None of that makes sense to me.

I've had responsability before, i've worked to help bringing food to the table at home, i've provided for my mother and sister when my father died, working at a company where i completely failed during 10 months (that experience was so traumatic to me) but even during that moment where i was providing for my family, when it should make sense because i had a reason to be doing what i was doing, even then i couldn't find a meaning to all of that.

Just void.
Complete void...

This video was incredible, well written, directed and narrated.
Whoever you are, my most sincere thank you.

Guys, you should read "Fathers and Sons" by Ivan Turgenev, as Russian, I can say that it had a lot of impact in people's minds. In the book you will encounter a guy called Bazarov who is a nihilist. The story itself, and the characters, make the whole story good.
(Write down in the comms, if you read it)

I have a few small remarks:

It’s unfair to say that Johan has never experienced love and care at all. When twins escaped from “Three Frogs” they met people who adopted them and treated them decently like parents. But Johan murdered them. Because even in that young age Johan’s mind had already bean set up to destroy everything and everybody around him (like in Bonaparta’s tale about nameless monster)

It also should be taken into account that by the time Johan entered kinderheim 511, he had already been a hard-hearted cruel creature who eventually destroyed the whole kinderheim with almost all people there. He already had been kind of a result of an experiment that was carried out there. Kinderheim just completely messed up his memories with Anna’s ones and erased his personality and individuality, strengthening that nihilism in him.

I think you should do a longer version of this video with a little more detail because it's great and I wish we could go deeper into these topics.

The fact that you highlighted "ok" in "broken" 10:41 is such a proof to the love of detail

Something which eludes me about nihilism is the claim “everything is meaningless”; yet, in making this claim, nihilism itself creates meaning.

You have my subscription. Absolute banger of a video. I would request you to make more such videos based on human ideals and values.

It should also be said that Johan not only brings out the worst in people, he also gives them hope and can make certain people come to their senses, like the mother of Suk, the young Czech policeman.
