I can eat clean all week, then crush a pizza buffet and still lose weight. One meal doesn’t offset a week of perfectly clean eating.

Thor is 420 lbs, 6’8”, has a Viking bloodline, and can flip a car. He is not comparable to the average person. Plus look at his regular diet, the majority is clean foods he has to force down to fuel his body. If you can deadlift over 1000 lbs than you can eat 17, 000 calories once in a while.

Actually that breakfast wasnt too terrible. Just cut the toast back and its really not all that bad. At least I wouldnt think its that bad.

Will a cheat meal once a week ruin my progress? I have 1 cheat meal every 7 to 10 days. Once in a while, I have 2 cheat meals a week. My goal is to lose fat and then build muscle. I workout 5 to 6 times a week. How often should I have a cheat meal without gaining fat or weight and without ruining progress I made in the gym? Is a cheat meal every 7 days too much? Is 2 cheat meals once in a while too much?

I prefer to eat healthy throughout the week and have a cheat day on the weekend. But mines look NOTHING like his lol. Allowing myself to simlply have bread, pasta or chips is cheating for me because I stay under 50 carbs per day throughout the week. So usually I make something I've been craving all week like a burger, steak nachos or pizza. This weekend it'll be a philly cheesesteak😋😍😍
