One of my permissions was from an elderly couple who had greys getting into the loft and wall cavities which has now stopped after I’ve taken over 100 out of their garden.

I live off a golf course and mine is the only house in the immediate vicinity that has fruit and vegetables. They stripped all the fruit before any of it was ripe this year. I absolutely loathe them now. However, I don't like the idea of killing or hurting anything (though I'm getting close). Is there any way I might reasonably deter them?

Greys will breed all year around so could possibly have at least 4 broads a year

By the way UK Red Squirrels aren't 'native' as they were brought here from Scandinavia.
