this is not a sample just two songs that use similar horn lines. the line just goes between two notes a semitone apart, so it's not a big coincidence either. also the minecraft song was a parody of early 2010s trap/chicago drill instrumental and lemonhead is a nod to that era so they just have the same inspiration

i wouldnt doubt if he sampled it, however from the perspective of a producer/musician (against the claim he sampled):
1. it is likely a common horn sample/vst
2. the melody/riff played isnt the same on each song, especially the low horn notes
3. the FX on the minecraft song are overblown and very much reverberated, while LEMONHEAD is more subtle in its reverb.
4. considering how simple the riff is, it is likely that Tyler had vague ideas of horn-based riffs with similar patterns, or played the notes in succession.
