For detached houses the Average selling price was $422,072. That is 6.50% increase from the month of March. Average days on market was 32 days.
We have 866 detached houses On the market in Winnipeg as of today We had 36 detached houses come to the market in the last 24 hours in Winnipeg alone.

For the attached (sxs) the average selling price was $357,274. 4.55% increase from March
Average days on market was 32 days
Sxs on market today = 59

Apartment condos Average selling price was $239,436. That is a 4.58% increase from March.
372 apartment condos for sale now in Winnipeg.

As of today we have 19 detached houses for sale in East St Paul. Prices ranging from $399,900 – 2,495,000
6 sold in April. Selling prices were from $500,000-$900,000 and on market from 4-80 days.

In West St Paul 72 detached houses are for sale now. Ranging in price from $439,000 to 1, 275,000 and from 0-123 days on the market

10 sold in March with selling prices from $320,000- $727,000. Ranging from 7-71 Days on market

The Housing market in Winnipeg and surrounding area is becoming quite active. Multiple offers are happening more and more which leads to many properties again selling for over asking price.
In the North Kildonan area (MLS 3f, 3G + 3H)we have 14 detached houses for sale at this time. Prices range from $330K to $589,900. 29 detached houses sold in this area in April and 13 of these 29 sold over asking price.
Pricing a home according to market value can help substantially to get a better price and sell it in a reasonable time frame. This can also make selling a lot less stressful knowing you are set up for good competition.
We just listed 710 McIvor Ave on Friday with showings starting on Sunday and we had 2 offers by Sunday night. It sold conditionally.
