The PERFECT dog, especially is you want to be loved to death. Loyal, loving, playful, protective. Trains easily, but do not react well to harsh or loud commands. I call them a gentle breed and they respond best to lots of love and gentle training commands, but just be firm but nice! I would not take 70 million dollars for either boxer I have had (owning me!) My Myiah lived to be 15 3/4 years old, almost the Record 16.8! She did have some Mast Cell Tumors in her last few years and then the Cardiomyopathy Cardio myalgia mentioned. Her heart was taking up most of her chest cavity in her rib cage in the X-ray and then had to be put down shortly after that when she started having seizures. I was crushed! She was a GREAT Dog!! And such a goofy joy to have around all those years! And yes, she turned into a C "kidney shape". I took her on a 20 minute walk every day for YEARS!! I miss her so much ❤😢

I had an Boxer American bulldog mix named Oscar a big strong brutt of a dog but was also a gentle and loving clown with children and very very protective of them, he looked more like his boxer father and his brother looked more like their American bulldog mother, sadly he past of cancer at eight and a half years old .

Boxers are are the perfect Loving friends and protecting companion ever . I and my family have been fortunate enough to have share our life's with many special Boxers. Each one was different and special in their own way. I am 68 years old and don't regret having any one of my babies. My only regret is that I don't know how much longer I will be able to care for them. They are my life and my family and I LOVE all of them very, very much. THANK YOU GOD for the best and most LOYAL FRIENDS.

As a kid, we had a jet black “sealed” boxer. He was registered as being brindle because he had 3 single brown hairs in one ear. We got him back in 2002 and at the time, he turned heads wherever we went. Now, “sealed” boxers are a bit more common.

I adore boxers! All mine have died young of cancer. These dogs love their whole family but one person in the family the boxer claims as it's person. They love babies. .They are loving protective family dogs. Mine was.so bog people thought he was a mastiff. Such fun dogs!.I moss my big boy every day!

Just FYI, the Olde English Bulldogge is not extinct. I had one for 11 years, he just passed away in September of 2023.

I have two Boxers, they are sisters from the same litter, they are 10 years old and I have never heard them bark, I don’t think they know how to. They are so very loveable and just want to cuddle with you. ❤
