U dont have to make your ppl brokies again for them to go Construct. They will do it in their free time after work, Makeing the Workless just speeds up the Build procces

lol dang. was looking for tips :p this is all just info the game tells you.

also, you don't need to take people off jobs to get things built, all citizens will complete other tasks such as building, in their spare time.
my tip is to place fields first. You want to maximize fertility in your fields, houses and every thing else can go basically anywhere but fields need fertility.
Houses do need wells but it seems you don't need to actually have one close by.

my issue I'm having is I think my buildings are too far from homes? my workers will stop working and just hang out in town instead. I wish there was a way to assign specific homes to a task.
