Also what are the 4 clips for that are around an inch long? They are pretty flat with a portion in the middle that sticks out on one side with enough space between the 2 lips for a tube about the size of a brake line to fit in. I can't imagine it being for the emergency brake cable because the knuckle on the end of the cable is made to fit in the hook spot of the bracket that pushes the tops of the 2 shoes out. If it is for the cable I need to know. What is their purpose?
