Don't think of them as skeletons belonging to any particular animal, think of them as bone golems built to _resemble_ animals, then animated through magic.

The smaller duck skeletons are clearly not meant to be duck skeletons, they're RUBBER duck skeletons.

To be honest, these inaccurate skeletons are doing their job more than perfectly - they're SCARY. Especially if you know basic anatomy 😂

I think a hermit crab using a human skull as a shell would be a creepy and relatively accurate way to be creepy for Halloween. I'm pretty sure a hermit crab would pick a skull for a shell if it was available and it needed one

Don't you guys think Clint should analyze mythical creatures based on biology? Like hydras, basilisks, manticores, leviathans, etc. ?

I'm a retired commercial graphic designer and graphic artist. I'm sure that artist DID actually reference a real duck skeleton. I'm also pretty confident that the artist took the concept to the people who commissioned it, and was told to add most of the weird stuff. I personally have a collection of works that never went into my portfolio, and instead fell into the category of "It wasn't my fault."

I can't pick a single skeleton as "the worst." They were all pretty bad. But while the snail is anatomically hilarious, I find it visually pleasing. I kinda want one. I also want one of those skeletal pumpkins. I think my corn snake would love to climb around on it.

18:27 Imagine how terrifying it would be to be a farmer your whole adult life and then one day you cut into one of your crops and it has a skeleton and god forbid internal organs.

The alligator has no brain casing. This can only mean one thing. This Halloween, protect your pets from ZOMBIE ALLIGATORS!

Dear digital artists: please make grotesque reconstructions of these abominations with skin and giant bone fingers. My Halloween decorations need them.

The duck makes me wonder if artists do a good job making these animal skeletons (maybe they don't include one or two important features because they don't know how important they are or they simplify some things to make the final product more sturdy or the design easier to demold) and then clients send the design back because it doesn't look enough like the animal its supposed to be.

You should release your own line of anatomically correct Hallowe'en skeletons, lol; I would totally buy them.

I could see an artist doing a really life-like skeleton, turning into the supervisors who know nothing about bones and the supervisors saying, "Make it look more like a duck!" "But it's exactly like a duck skeleton." "You think the average Joe wants a real duck skeleton? NO! Make it more duck-like and less realistic." Also, love a Monty Python reference. ;)

Man, I was sad when I saw like 8 other people gave you the skull snail. Guess I can be happy knowing I was the first one to give you an accurate skeleton in one of these videos. 😅

The anatomically correct angler fish is way more creepy than that thing

My charitable assumption is that the sculptors who obviously looked at a skeleton didn’t sculpt the bone ears or feathers. The manufacturing team looked at their sculpture and said “doesn’t look enough like <insert animal here>” and stuck the bone ears on.

They're making them to mock you, Clint. Don't let them get away with this. You must retaliate

Y'know, my dad is an orthopedic surgeon, so now I want to show him a human Halloween skeleton and have him roast the anatomy too 🤣

I have a feeling that with skeletons like the duck that are overall pretty accurate, but then have something ridiculous like long fingers, the artist was told by the producers that it's not spooky enough and needs more bones. Or the artist made a call that buyers would expect something more boney and added them for flair.
