Lightbulb and Test Tube have transported themselves into hell. Upon getting there she also kills someone, which explains the blood splatter on her head. Lightbulb seems to be having a lot of fun with the other demonic objects as she does various activities with them such as swimming in oceans of blood and feels as if she is one herself, but Test Tube can't stand the torture anymore and wants to get out as soon as possible.
