I can't believe it took me this long to realize that Lightbulb throwing away the paintbrush to paint with her hands reflects her feelings about Paintbrush "throwing her away" before she and Test Tube went back in time. In essence, she did the same thing to Paintbrush by choosing to stay in this reality instead of trying to fix the timeline.

This song is so symbolic, as a reprise is then used later on in Painty’s elimination scene. When they got eliminated, Lightbulb realizes and they both are more similar than they thought, and Lightbulb was about to lose the only one who made her feel comfortable in the show.
