Seek First the Kingdom of God, Don't Seek the Reward - Bill Johnson Sermon | Bethel Church

Bill Johnson teaches from Matthew 6: 33 “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” Bill shares how to be a disciple of Jesus, take up our cross daily, put God first, and seek first His Kingdom. As we lay our lives down in surrender as servants, God draws us close as sons and daughters and promises to reward us. The blessing of God should never become our focus though, we must continue to re-surrender our hearts to Him and seek first His Kingdom.

Father God give me strength I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. I’m trying to balance everything but Lord I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. At times I want to give up but I know God will provide.❤️
