Raya I can see you starting your own womans circle at home. I can tell you now, as an elder hippie at 70, there will always be things you miss out on but the essence of simply being there will remain with your soul to inspire you forward. And thank you for taking me back to my days of great gatherings...we called them Be In's or Gatherings back in the 60s and 70s. I had many great, exciting and healing years in both communes and intentional communities. Loved seeing the Medicine Festival!
If you're wanting to heal trauma I highly recommend TRE (trauma release exercises). One of the great things of TRE is you don't have to even remember or get caught in thoughts about it because the body holds it and can release and heal it. Also IFS (Internal Family Systems) can be very powerful. I love how you all love each other, a beautiful family! 💖. I had just found On The Wild Side and so fell in love with their van...very Fairy Tale 🐉🔮 I want to move to the UK for the Vegan food...seems way ahead of us in the US.

Aaaah I was waiting for you guys to put this video up! I came up to you on Sunday while you were quewing for coffee on the way in :). I totally felt the same. The festival and the vibe of everyone there was just so nourishing. I live in India have of the year and we are a community there of like minded ppl, just like the medicine crowd, who live there and i also truely miss this in Europe. Every week there is cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance, breath work, yoga and all the beautiful things.
So one of my friends from Goa, who actually told me abt medicine festival, lives in Totnes (Devon) and it very much has this vibe. Small hippie town with a great market once or twice a week, women circles (my friend is actually doing one there), yoga, cacao cermony and all the good things we love. Obviously not that condensed like at medicine, but the right kind of ppl are there! You should check it out!

Thanks again for having captured some of the magic of the festival and thanks for sharing part of your lives with us. It's incredible to see how much Neo has grown and how cute and interactive he is now!
