Balance is the key. Preaching the full gospel and not selectively. More to the point about preaching "God loves you" better is "repent and turn to God and love Him with all your heart."

What would you call dying on the cross to be other than love? The very reason Jesus did what he did was because of the love for his people.

Ive heard a lot of hogwash out of so called Bible experts but he is wrong. Jesus said "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.

The emphasis of God's love Sir can never and will never be overemphasized, it is as a matter of fact the only message that God has been trying to pass on to us.
Jesus in Mark 2v17 was Very emphatic on those who exactly needs God's Love
Not the forgiven ones as you suppose Sir, or redeemed, infact the Love of God is what brings men to repentance, so if you don't Preach the love of God, how're you going to bring men to where God wants them?

Those who are whole do not need a physician, those really sickly and silly and stupid and Crazy folks are the right candidates for God's love,

God demonstrated his love to us in that while we were sinners Christ died for us,
And no matter how you want to look at it Sir, all that God ever wanted to tell Mankind is "I love you".

And Jesus didn't do this by only saying it, but by laying down his Life,
You see Jesus scripture it again "The good shepherd lay his life down for his sheep"

God's Love is not a reward for our remorseful mood or contrite behavior,
IT is a gift that accompanies Salvation which is God's ultimate gift to mankind. By the way, Man didn't fix himself to become God's own, It is God's work to fix the broken Man, that's how the Excellency of power becomes God's.


THe message of Christ is God's Love for us,
The message of the church is God's Love in Christ to the world,

Whoever believes.

This man did not believe that God could keep a man's salvation. His Bible exposition book was such a miserable affair that I never got to finish one 50th of it.

The man who gave me that book (which was bigger in size than the Bible) was into the NAR, Bentley, Joyner etc and did a whole lot of damage to my then fellowship in less than two years.

He would swear that salvation was not assured for anybody.

If the individual who posted this, isn't extensively familiar with David Pawson and his exhaustive work, then they are by definition, ignorant, and have become a false accuser of the brethren! If however they are familiar with Pawson's work and know full well that he is fully committed to the LOVE OF GOD, then they are a liar for posting this! Perhaps the individual who posted this is lost in the damnable heresy of OSAS, and simply disagree with Pawson....so as to demonize him with "boogieman tactics"! Remember, Proverbs 6 doesn't merely give us a list of sins that GOD HATES, but the passages actually describe "THAT GOD HATES SOMEONE who spreads discord among the brethren"! Did you catch that, he hates "SOMEONE" who does this, not merely their sin!
