I have a Problem only in Firefox that after ctrl F5 refresh the sidenav list overlay initial the content after normal refresh it's normal again i really tried every thing to solve but nothing works

The tutorial is good but there is no reference, you can't just copy-paste the code and expect everyone to follow along with no reference.

since 20:00 you fucked up. There is no way to see what is happen in html or css. In app.component.html you didn't show container-fluid css and recreation of the example is usless and doesn't work. You wasted my time.
