The Supreme Court of India refused to entertain Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia's petition for quashing of the FIR or in the alternative, grant him bail from CBI custody in the excise policy case. SC said he must move the trial court or the Delhi HC for the reliefs he is seeking from the SC. Sisodia withdraws his petition after the apex court denied him any relief. Manish Sisodia was arrested by CBI on Sunday and is currently on 5-day CBI custody. The top court said it can not interfere or intervene in the matter and that just because an incident happens in Delhi does not mean the matter will come to the Supreme Court.
