Delhi Excise Policy Case: SC grants bail to BRS leader K Kavitha, questions ED, CBI's 'fairness'

After spending five months in custody, the court decided that Kavitha's detention was no longer necessary, overturning a previous decision by the Delhi High Court. This ruling follows a similar bail granted to AAP leader Manish Sisodia.

No justice in India, it is proved by granting the bail to the accused. Why all these days she was not granted bail and now suddenly. We have lost the faith on judicial system. Just for having got the bail she is showing her hands as good as she has won the case.
