Map

Map by Twigxcabaret makes clever use of many underused Geometry Dash blocks, and when paired with atypical structuring and gameplay, you get a polarizing level with a strong sense of identity. At a glance, one might consider this level to be "empty" or "lazy", when in reality, making a minimalistic level actually look good is one of the most challenging things to do as a creator. This level uses vibrant colors in the beginning, and slowly gets darker as the song progresses and becomes more *low*. Song representation is one of the most underrated elements of level creation, and it can easily make or break a level. My personal favorite part is 0:22-0:28, which introduces a more murky color scheme following all of the bright colors in the previous parts, serving as a nice transition in to the darkness of the next part. (I also just really like the monster faces lol)

This level feels so "Geometry Dash", and I think those are the best types of levels. I am happy to see out-of-the-box levels like this get star rated :)

TOTAL bull crap that I spend countless hours making a 46k or more object level with all of the thing's that mods say make up a "rate worthy level" and this CRAP gets rated while my level only gets 66 downloads and no rate. Absolute trash rating system.

That looks fun, similar to Robtop levels in gameplay where at first you need to get consistent, then you get rediculously consistent with it at one point.

I have made a single finished level in the past and now i made another one that i made in less than a week on mobile, and i did enjoy it and not torture myself to make it, i did add my imagination to it and made it look good. My creating experience is extremely low compared to the creator of this level and if i can make an actual good looking level thats not generic glow or lazy modern deco and ENJOY making it, this level has no excuse to look this awful while having a rate and as the biggest Infinite Circles hater id say that this rate is more unfair than Infinite Circles.

I have mixed feelings about this level. On one hand, I think it’s total bullshit that it’s rated, but on the other hand, I really like this level, just as a LEVEL. Not as a rated level, but just as a level that exists and can be played. It’s fairly unique, and I think it pulls off its simplicity really well. I still hate the fact that it can get rated though when there are so many amazing levels that don’t get rated.

I like this level a lot. Unfortunately I've seen people trash talk it, and other unique and cool levels. It seems most GD players will hate any level if:

1. It isn't Hell/Glow themed

2. It Doesn't require a supercomputer that runs at 972948827 FPS and 382884927 Hz to play the level without crashing

3. It Doesn't contain 48273928 CPS wave spam

4. It Also doesn't have frame perfect straight flying

5. Oh, and can't forget, they'll also hate the level if it doesn't contain at least 4 trillion objects
