Its been a while since I've seen this movie then I saw the under the covers scene and all the memory's flushed back to me and I was like but I couldn't stop watching!

I couldn't bring myself to put it in full screen.... yet I still jumped a foot at the end part. Damn those intense moments that leave you in anticipation, they catch you when you least expect it!

Awesome movie, just saw it last night (I agree there are a few little inconsistencies but it didn't put me off at all). The cinematography is gorgeous, as is Blackwoods house and the lighting therein. The dark folklore part of it really dragged me in also. 9 out of 10.

Every Day I watched trailers from Horror movies. Because I was never shocked in a scene. But now I am!!! Thank you god :)

Those too young to have seen original version - in its time it was a very, very dark film along the caliber of The Exorcist. It absolutely destroyed the minds of millions of children watching and brought the worst sort of dread nightmares after. I have never slept with a limb dangling over the side of the bed since this movie.
