Dyslexia Screening Tools: A Texas Solution

Schools need a plan for dyslexia screening and reading evaluation in response to Texas HB 1886 and the 2018 newly revised Texas Dyslexia Handbook. This webinar will provide an overview of aimswebPlus, a curriculum-based measure that fulfills the reading screening areas required in the 2018 Handbook. In addition, the Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen, integrated within aimswebPlus, is a valuable complement to the screening of reading with its ability to scientifically identify students at risk for dyslexia as early as Kindergarten, with no additional loss of instructional time.
