Hi Doctor. I’m 36 years old and I just started taking the supplements last month. My period went from the regular 26/27 days to 28 days. Is that normal?
I’ve been trying to conceive for almost a year and so far no luck. 😞

As far as my knowledge is concerned the general obgyn will not recommend the above supplements as they are too strong and may not well suit for all people with fertility issues . The best thing is to use either letrozole or clomid as per prescription and they are medicated . Supplements are also slow and may not be promising for all
