It's not that user friendly. I will explain, 1) Their is no search option. For example, if I'm looking for a scene that has to do with time or bathroom. For me to locate the scene, I will have to go through all the templates. 2) No search option for characters too. You can't edit the character how you'll like them to be 3) you can't change the character's pose or emotion. I decided to use the free trial before upgrading so that I can get a picture of how biteable is like. It is frustrating ( may be because I'm new to it)

I know, I know - you read those 1 star reviews of someone that was just upset and overreacting. I try really hard not to be that person, so this is my honest assessment of what I just experienced. Biteable is flat out awful. First of all, I did not find it user friendly - I was frustrated during the making of my video. Admittedly, this may come from inexperience. More importantly, their advertising was misleading and deceitful. I wanted to make one video to post on Valentine's Day. Just one. I saw that Biteable had an option for "make a video" so I clicked that and was immediately redirected to my new video. Perfect. I worked for about 3 hours and was ready to download my video. Well, I couldn't download my video, so I did a little research, and saw that I would have to share my video. No problem. However, I COULDN'T share my video. Why? I had automatically been redirected to version 3.0 when I clicked the "make a video" button. Users aren't allowed to share videos on verson 3.0 only download. However, as I mentioned before I wasn't able to download without upgrading ($19 was the bare minimum to upgrade). So I was completely stuck after spending hours making a video with no way to download or share it. This would be understandable except that I had automatically been redirected to version 3.0. I was not told that I could not share on version 3.0 and that I would have to upgrade. I was not told that there was a difference between 1.0 and 3.0. I wasn't even told I was using version 3.0 at all! So, think about it - there is nothing Biteable can do to make this right. I flat out wasted 3 hours of my day. We all know time is money in the business world. I'll admit it would have helped had they offered to give me another free video, or give me a month of premium free but no - I was told to either upgrade or remake the video. Way to go Biteable. Way to go.
