Working alone doesn't mean compromising on lighting quality!

Today I'm sharing my favorite hack for holding your own reflector while shooting - plus the game-changing way to position it for that perfect clamshell lighting effect.

Pro tip: Getting the diffuser as close as possible to your subject and angling it down creates beautiful, soft light that looks amazing✨

Why this works:
- Creates soft, flattering light
- Gives you full control
- Perfect for solo shoots
- Works with in-body stabilization

GEAR USED:

Reflectors (in order of appearance)

im curious how you would use the various options with the halo deflector. Also what size is the reflector you using?

That's a twist, usually it's, "Your pictures are good, you must have a good camera, " but here we get, "(big camera) You must be strong." 😁
Facts, they should've added handles to pop-up reflectors years before thy did.

I need to add this to my gym workout. Hold a 5lb weight to mimic a reflector so I can have strong arms. Another "Vanessa-nugget" 😎
