I think I first saw this video around January of 1988 or dec 1987 ... I think I heard this music in 1985 but it barely got any radio play and I forgot about it until I saw the video in early 1988 and remembered it ever since

The part where people are talking but you can't hear what they're saying it's very similar to some music that was on the Holly knight album with the band named Device in 1986
