You also get to keep the masters of the recording and have a major funding but for independent record label you get to keep the mastering recording and that’s true.

being independent with a major distributor or major label helping they basically let you have the freedom of recording uh you'll generally get to keep your masters and that’s cool 😎 keeping your master tape recording while being an independent artist.
