I use to live in France and i still remember everyone waiting for the baguettes to come out of the oven. It was so good. I always had to bye an extra one as i would finish one of them on my way home. Fresh air and fresh baguettes... heaven.

Baguettes are hard ro make? That was the first bread i began on and drastically made improvment on each batch i made. Can make them pretty decent in my opinion but always can get better at them
