This video serves as an introduction to Quantum Physics at A Level. Most exam boards will cover some part of quantum physics and these are the things you need to know. They include the Photoelectric effect, electron energy levels and wave-particle duality among other things.

Physics may seem daunting at first but there's no reason you can't succeed at A Level. On my website I have all the information and resources you could need to best prepare you for your course.

I have a series of videos to support you as you begin your journey, introducing each topic and also reminding you of the work you will already be familiar with from GCSE or IGCSE Physics. I am here to support you through your A Level Physics studies so that you can achieve the best grade possible!

All the introductory videos can be found at:

What you say when light travells from one medium to another frequency remains unchanged what about energy

What whiteboard is it? I really like that you are writing with pen. I tried writing with marker it is too thick.

Hi man, would you recommend further maths to be taken alongside physics chemistry and maths in the pursuit of studying physics at undergrad? Or is normal maths enough for uni. I love maths but i love science more and i think i can manage four a levels but is it really necessary when you progress to an undergrad level?

What's frustrating as an artist learning physics for the first time, is the maths, which I don't tend to like. The concepts are fairly ok I find, the level of abstraction. There's isn't such a gap between the arts and sciences though. Learning to draw is a kind of language you have to master, then you have the elements in balance: the shapes, colour then the subject matter, texture of paint and so on, combined with hopefully a full awareness of what others have done. All more difficult than people often imagine. Trying to find your "vision" or if you like your area of exploration nobody has tackled before.
