My dentist was working on fixing my teeth and a song of yours came on the radio at the same time they had to pause to let cement set (or something) and my dentist said, "perfect timing!" To which his assistant replied, "what do you mean" and he said "I don't like to work when Green Day is playing, out of respect" 😂❤

You can just watch the earliest videos of them playing in front of a crowd - They were already a good live band as kids.

I was born on 1999 and altough i wasnt able to taste that old Green Day ambiance, their old songs filled it and i love it. Kerplunk and Slappy hours are the most overplayed albums in my playlist, behind Warning and Insomniac.

kerplunk was one of the first albums I had ever heard from Green Day. So glad it was, the album was such a banger

I discovered this band in around 2014, and i remember loving American Idiot at the time, then my friend showed me some of their older stuff, like Walking Contradiction and Warning, and i got hooked on their older stuff. took some time to get used to the audio quality of the old stuff, but now it's really charming. So cool to listen to every album in chronological order and hear how Billie's voice changed.
