Israel should have built their own grid of tunnels under Gaza to prevent Hamas from being able to build their own tunnels. They could have also used horizontal drilling technology to dig small 5 to 10 inch tunnels that connect to the Hamas tunnels and flood them.

The latest polls from Arab sources on what Gazans think of Hamas show that they have a 90% approval rating. UNRWA is the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East.
