The Bizarre History Of The 350,000 Year Old Homo Sapiens

Traditional, or perhaps more precisely previous, hypothesis has the appearance of modern humans, Homo sapiens, at around 200,000 years ago in the eastern part of Africa, plus or minus 50,000 years. However discoveries have muddied the already stygian depths on this topic, and we might have H. sapiens ancestors much older, and more widespread, than that.

That was until specimens showed up in Jebel Irhoud, Morocco that suggested a very early form of Homo sapiens was present. We say early form of Homo sapiens but the fossils, and similar ones in Florisbad, South Africa, aren’t universally considered to be modern humans. Rather they are that half-step away, showing some signs of full modernity, but not all. And these fossils are some 350,000 years old, which almost doubles the age of the previous oldest fossils. This hominin would have probably interbred with the archaic human species already present, whether that was Neanderthals or other species.

Thing is fossilisation is extremely rare. I've seen enough videos where people talk about dinosaurs and how there are very little fossils compared to how many dinosaurs walked the earth. We're talking of a duration of millions of years, trillions of these animals living and dying and only a few thousand fossils have ever been found. Now think about how rare 'Human' fossils might be... Scientists can only infer from evidence, but evidence does not always tell the whole story.

It fascinates me to think AMH (anatomically modern humans just like us today) were around 300kya.
I wonder how we today would survive in the environment with or without today's education. I also wonder how a person would survive in different environments, like Ukraine for example with no food, water or electricity...could you solve the situation?
We really are largely dependent on where we're born...sky daddy or no sky daddy clubs, food, behaviours etc.
How smart are we really...probably not much, just following the status quo?

It’s very interesting to me for them to be so driven by science that they always make these videos where they depict early humans as Caucasians when for a fact they know that most of Neanderthals were dark skinned people and the Caucasian group of people race of people is something recently added to the human genes it’s a recessive gene to be non-malonate so why not show this in These theorized documentaries

neanderthal man was in europe not africa, it was when homo sapiens mated with the neanderthal, that is when advancements really started. homo sapiens stayed static.

The trouble is the way the concept of human evolution is presented. As if homo sapiens suddenly occurred, and bred at such a phenomenal rate they just overwhelmed Africa. Actually, a dominant characteristic evolved.
The massive advantage it conferred, meant it was retained by evolutionary pressure, when we bred with other homo. But we still carry their genes, including the denisovian and neanderthal we mated with, when we were already homo sapiens.

I'm in elementary school, and they taught us about the dinosaurs. Fundemental Christianity supports the 6000-year-old earth???. By 14 I realized I'm not good at complex math but I could add. THIS SHIT WASN'T ADDING UP! At 15 my opinion was that homo sapiens had been here for at least 1 million years. I've been witnessing the scientists move this modern human age thing back farther and farther. Mathematics and ethnicities: How the hell long does it take an actual ethnic group to form? Africa is full of different people and they don't all look alike. How long does that take? The earth is older than 6000 years and humans have been here for quite a while, maybe millions of years. These scientists have been studying human and animal genes for years and they still have it wrong, IMO. I'm getting older so I decided to go back to the Bible and apply my math skills to find out the age of the earth.
I multiply two numbers based on one scripture and the Bible BILLION YEARS OLD!

The problem is that this stuff is taught as fact in schools, and has been for decades. It's an hypothesis and subject to change as more discoverys are made. I've always questioned the "out of Africa" hypothesis. Fact is, the scientific community doesn't know either.
