I had forgotten that you had done this video on the CSS H.L. Hunley, otherwise I would have DEFINITELY watched it back in February on the anniversary of her sinking the Housatonic. Still, I wanted to let you know what a great job you did with this video.

In more modern analyses on how the Hunley sank, it’s more likely all of the crew died instantly upon the torpedo exploding due to the subs close proximity. The light seem from the shore is explained away by rescue vessels flashing blue signal lamps whilst coming to the aid of the survivors from the Housatonic. But good work on the video.

You know, with all the drowning associated with this sub, I am surprised they could find anyone who would get in the thing.

I wonder how they recovered the Sub back then? Anyone knows? Also the test, the one that Hunley passed away in, what was the cause of the sinking then?

With all the hatred, slander, and determination to vilify the South, I am surprised that BLM has not demanded the CSA Hunley be reduced to firewood. I am grateful that it has been spared and will forever be true to my country-The Confederate States of America. We are still here. Our voices have been silenced in public but the fire of rebellion has never gone out. Claim may be laid to land but never to hearts.

"Sir, it's the Hunley. It's sunk again."

"AGAIN"? What's this the fourth time?"

"Sixth"

"Just leave it."
