If I were you I'd change glow plugs, flush the injectors, at least charge the battery fully or change it if it's more than 5 years old, maybe replace starter if it's the original one. And lets not forget - good oil. 8-9k km oil intervals.

I have a 2005 mercedes with 370000k km on the clock, it starts like the day it left the factory. What you have looks like a system that barely holds itself together.

Better to replace your injectors and check your battery. You are screwing your engine taking this long to turn it on.
