Fun fact, about 2 years ago I applied to a job that requested “at least 7 years experience with Transformer Architecture LLMs” and got immediately rejected because I “didn’t have the required experience”

I sarcastically responded by politely thanking them and wished them all the best, and notified them that no suitable candidate will be qualified enough until a Time Machine had been invented.

Every time I watch these videos I thank God for having a PM that doesn't give a sh*t about story points or planning poker or wathever, and only do one 15 - 30min meeting a day (which I think is still a bit too much but well you can't have everything)
